A caterer from Pimlico built a restaurant on the water, and Baltimore has been celebrating here ever since.

Charles and Susan Levine spent thirty years bringing a fine-dining standard to other people's rooms. In 2016 they built one of their own on Quarry Lake, with a kitchen good enough to stand on its own every night. This November marks ten years.
